1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUBASSEMBLY
Using a torque wrench, install the bolt <B>.
Torque: 20 N*m (204 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)

Using a torque wrench, install the 4 bolts.
