Toyota Sienna Service Manual: Installation
1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
- Place the seat assembly in the cabin.
NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the body.
- Connect the connectors under the seat assembly.
- Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat
assembly.
Torque: 37 N*m (375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)
- Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat
assembly.
Torque: 37 N*m (375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)
- Install the 2 seat track covers.
2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
3. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
4. INSPECT POWER SEAT OPERATION
5. CHECK SEAT HEATER OPERATION
6. INITIALIZE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
Reassembly
1. INSTALL SEAT POSITION AIRBAG SENSOR (for Driver Seat)
2. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER
ASSEMBLY LH
Install the seat side table leg cover.
3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LOWER LH

1. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE FRONT OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUBASSEMBLY
3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
4. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET
6. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET
7. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
Disconnect the 3 vacuum hoses.

CAUTION:

SRS Warning Light Remains ON
DESCRIPTION
The SRS warning light is located on the combination meter assembly.
When the SRS is normal, the SRS warning light comes on for approximately 6
seconds after the ignition
switch is turned from the LOCK position to ON position, and then goes off
