Removal
1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY
TERMINALV
Caution:
wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the
cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to
prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
2. Remove air fuel ratio sensor (for bank 2
sensor 1)

Installation
1. Install heated oxygen sensor (for bank 2
sensor 2) (see page ec-34)
2. Install front exhaust pipe assembly
(a) Install 2 new gaskets to the front exhaust pipe
assembly.
(b) Install the front exhaust pipe assembly with the 4
nuts.
Torque: 62 n*m (632 kgf*cm, 46 ft.*Lbf)
3. INSTALL CE ...
Perform zero point calibration of yaw rate and deceleration sensor (when
using sst check wire)
NOTICE:
While obtaining the zero point, do not vibrate the
vehicle by tilting, moving or shaking it and keep it
in a stationary condition. (Do not turn the ignition
switch to the ON position.)
Be sure to do this on a level surface (with an
inclination of less than 1 %).
