DESCRIPTION
This solenoid goes on when signals are received from the ECU and controls the pressure acting on the wheel cylinders to control the braking force.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1 RECONFIRM DTC
HINT: This code is detected when a problem is determined in the brake actuator assembly.
The solenoid circuit is in the brake actuator assembly.
Therefore, solenoid circuit inspection and solenoid unit inspection cannot be performed. Be sure to check if the DTC code is output before replacing the brake actuator assembly.
(a) Clear the DTCs (See page BC-82).
(b) Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
(c) Are the same DTCs recorded?

NOTICE: When replacing the brake actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration (See page BC-70).
REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
Installation
1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
Place the seat assembly in the cabin.
NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the body.
Connect the connectors under the seat assembly.
Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat
assembly.
Torque: 37 N*m (375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)

HINT:
On the RH side, use the same procedures as on the LH side.
1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH LH
Using a screwdriver, disengage the clip and claw,
and remove the garnish.

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Reassembly
1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WIRE LH
Install the wire with the 2 bolts.
Torque: Reference
8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)

In order to prevent water leakage, be sure that
