Toyota Sienna Service Manual: Installation
1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
- Place the seat assembly in the cabin.
NOTICE: Be careful not to damage the body.
- Connect the connectors under the seat assembly.
- Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat
assembly.
Torque: 37 N*m (375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)
- Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat
assembly.
Torque: 37 N*m (375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf)
- Install the 2 seat track covers.
2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
3. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
4. CHECK SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCKS
5. INITIALIZE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
Reassembly
1. INSTALL SEAT POSITION AIRBAG SENSOR (for Driver Seat)
2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LOWER LH
Install the front seat cushion shield lower LH with
the screw.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1 CHECK LOOSENESS OF V-RIBBED BELT
(a) Check the tension of the belt by pushing it down with a
finger.
OK:
The tension of the belt is enough.
2 CHECK V-RIBBED BELT FOR WEAR
(a) Check the V-ribbed belt for wear.
OK:
The V-ribbed belt is not worn.

Disconnect the B6, B7 and B9 ECU connectors.
