INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT: After the inspection is completed, clear the DTCs.

1 CHECK IF A PROPER CD IS INSERTED

  1. Make sure that the CD is an audio CD or a CD with an MP3 or WMA file, and that it is not deformed, flawed, stained, burred, or otherwise defective.

OK: Normal CD

HINT:

2 REPLACE CD WITH ANOTHER AND RECHECK

  1. Replace the CD with another and recheck.
  1.  Replace the CD with another normal one.
  2.  Clear the DTCs.
  3.  Recheck for DTCs and check if the same trouble occurs again.

OK: Malfunction disappears.
